The best breakthrough between now and 2025 will be the eradication of social discrimination. People don't accept people who are different because they are afraid of change and diversity. It used to be that slavery was normal but because people were unaccepting of the abolition of slavery in America a civil war erupted. Looking back at slavery we all see that it was wrong and it was the correct action to abolish it. People who were fond of the same gender have been shunned for a long time just because it was seen as unholy or unjustified. Minorities have been targeted by the majorities because the majorities are afraid they'll become the minority.
