Accepting Ideas In Homer's Odyssey

I’ve observed a friend of mine who didn’t work well with others because she would like to be the high-handed one in the group and give others directions they must abide by. However, she realized that the people in her group weren’t liking the way she would control things and act, so she opened her mind and listened to the group members for a day rather than always speaking. It turned out that they had really great ideas which would have helped the group with their prompts, causing the friend of mine to realize that she doesn’t need all that control and that she should take consideration of others.
