During the Holocaust ,Nazis used propaganda to spread their beliefs about the Jews.. In totalitarian places, like Nazi Germany, propaganda played a significant role in consolidating power in the hands of the controlling party.
During the early 1930s Germany was in a grim state .The Great Depression took a toll on Germany leaving millions without jobs.The people did not trust the government after the Weimar Republic was defeated in World War I. The Weimar Republic was left weak which lead to the rise of a new leader by the name of Adolf Hitler .Hitler inspired his listener and he used his persuades public speaking to engage the crowd.He always aimed to talk about the areas of politics that Germany was most disappointed about, such as the Treaty of Versailles and reparations.He made his party appear to be flexible in their views , and he made promises would that benefit every class in Germany.
Hitler worked on speeches and edited them while working on gestures.Germans said that his speeches were mesmeric because it was like could see him through the radio.Hitler's propaganda made Germans believe that he had good ideas on how to fixs Germany's problems.Hitler made a book called , Mein Kampf , to tell his ideas
