In conclusion, the jury nullification sound very noble idea to provide justice to black defendants and other minorities in Canada and the United States; however, there are far too many weaknesses than strengths where this jury nullification would not serve the best interests of the minority populations facing legal challenges before the criminal justice systems in both countries. That means the strengths of the jury should be guarded by judges when some jurors try to unlawfully use their powers to decide the case based on their own religions and personal discretions without the elements of the facts of the case. Due to many weaknesses of the jury nullification, judges should determine which cases can qualify to be tried through the jury nullification
