Plans after the War for France

The first step I am going to take is to negotiate with Austria Hungary to ask

them give Paris back to us, after all Paris is the political, economical, and cultural

center of France, we need it to restore our country after the destructive war. Also we

want to have Marseilles back and their army can go to Munich, if they do that we will

keep the route from Munich to Gascony clear, their army can use Burgundy as their

instant base and Gascony as their instant navy base but either of them can be used

for no more than one year each time. Also I think we can share Brest with both

Britain and Austria Hungary, the use of it rotates every year but France is the only

country that possesses the real control of Brest. Brest is really important to our

country because it’s a resource center and its location ensures the trading with

other countries so it must be in our control. For the other territories we have like

Spain, we hope that other countries will not do anything to it and it the resource

center for only France otherwise we don’t have any resource center completely

controlled by us other than Paris. In order to execute the plan, I will try to negotiate

with Britain and Austria Hungary that the Britain army in Belgium can move to

Holland then the Austria Hungary army in Paris can move to Belgium, thus neither

of them will lose any resource center and all of us can share the great location of
