To begin with, the built-in search engine is very unreliable; I found it very displeasing that the site failed to recognize my search and provided items completely irrelevant to the desired merchandise. For instance, search results for “Aggie mom t-shirts” include men’s watches, home décor, and footwear, yet the specific items can be found after endlessly scrolling through the T-Shirts tab. This problem not only frustrates the customer, but it makes the transaction process far more difficult and time consuming. Faults such as these contribute to the lack of navigability offered by Aggieland Outfitters’ online resource.
