Agility
A rugby player would need agility to side step an opponent. Agility is being able to change direction at seed and under control.
The reason why agility is important is because if you are not able to get around an opponent then you are going to get tackled. You also need agility to tackle an opponent when he try’s to get around you. So the advantage of having agility is being able to get around an opponent and scoring a try.

Reaction time
A rugby player would need reaction time, to react to a player trying to side step him. Reaction time is the time it takes to react to a stimulus, for example a player side stepping you.
The reason why reaction time is important is because if your opponent try’s to side step you and you don’t react to it he is just going to go around you and score. You also need good reaction time to react to a player passing the ball to you, you need to react and catch it. So the advantage of having reaction time is being able to react to a player trying to side step you, being able to react to a pass and reacting to a player coming towards you.

Balance
A rugby player would need balance when in a rook. Balance is an even distribution of weight enabling someone to remain upright and steady. There are two types of balance: Dynamic, the ability to balance when moving and Static, the ability to balance while remaining still.
Balance for a rugby player would mean being able to stay upright when in a rook and being able to stay upright when getting tackled. You will also need balance when kicking and passing the ball because if you didn’t you would fall over every time you kick or pass the ball. So the advantages of having good balance are being able to stay upright when getting tackled, being able to stay upright in a rook and staying up right when kicking or passing the ball.

Speed
A rugby player would need speed to run fast around a player and away. Speed is your ability to run as fast as possible.
So being able to run fast is being able to run away from a player and being able to get to a ball quicker than you opponent. When you run fast you need to move your limbs fast and to do that you need strength so using strength and speed together you get power. So if you are not fast, once you have got around an opponent he will then catch up to you and
