Introduction
The case, Amanda Hawkins et al. v. Anheuser-Busch, Inc., is erected from allegations of sexual discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and a hostile work environment. The acts of said defilement's occurred at the Anheuser-Busch brewery in Columbus, Ohio. The Plaintiff’s in this case filed suit in the Franklin County Common Pleas Court in June of 2005. However, the case was moved to federal court based on diversity jurisdiction. The Plaintiffs’ allege the actions of Bill Robinson and Anheuser-Busch Inc., conjointly violate the protection granted to them under Title VII with regards to sex discrimination, sexual harassment, a hostile-work environment and retaliation.
