The hypothesis stated above (If the temperature of H2O used to dissolve an Alka-Seltzer tablet increases, then the amount of time it takes for the tablet to completely dissolve will decrease) has proven to be true because of the data collected from the experiment performed. The data collected proved that as the temperature of the water increased, the rate at which the Alka-Seltzer dissolved increased making the time it took for one whole tablet to dissolve to decrease.
For example, in the data table, the water that was the coldest at 22°C caused the tablets on average a slow 54.6 seconds to complete dissolve. This was even though the range was from the fastest time at 54 seconds and the slowest at 57 seconds and the most common amount of time
