All the Rage follows the story of Romy Grey, a nice, innocent 17 year old girl who has no friends except for Leon, who she only sees at work. At Romy’s school, there is a weird tradition where fourth graders were allowed to get drunk near the lake. Every year, all the students would get drunk and return home but not this year. This year was different especially for Romy. Romy is found on the road with an unbuttoned shirt, her undone bra and the words ‘RAPE ME’ written on her stomach but she doesn't have any idea of what happened the night before.
