REVENUE GENERATION BY PHYSICIAN AND BUSY DAY ANALYSIS
Alpha Center
It is apparent from Table 3.5 on pgs. 109-113 that at Alpha Center Mondays are the busiest days with revenue averaging about $7,318 and approximately 34.36 visits. On Mondays, Dr. Casey is on duty, therefore, it is safe to assume that Dr. Casey is the busiest and highest performing physician. On the other hand, Saturdays are the slowest days of the month with revenue averaging about $2,549.77 and approximately 17.23 visits. The Nurse practitioner on duty is C. Withers.
Beta Center
It is apparent from Table 3.5 on pgs. 109-113 that at Beta Center the trend is similar that of the Alpha center with Mondays as the busiest days and Saturday as the slowest. On Mondays the revenue averages about $5,019.5 with 23.75 visits and Dr. M. Welby on duty. Whereas, on Saturday the revenue averages about $1,439.15 with 7.85 visits. On Saturdays Nurse Practitioner G Mattox is on duty.

Dr. Casey is paid $155,584 (with benefits) whereas, Dr. Welby who works at the Beta Center earns $158,576. Similarly, ARNP Withers who works at the Alpha center earns less than ARNP who works the Beta Center.
Scheduling is a concern that was brought up during the interviews and physicians and other clinicians asked for higher pay for the busy days they worked. It is advised that Dr. Tobias pays close attention to scheduling and if Dr. Tobias does not want to increase pay, then simply rotate physicians so that each physician works on at least one busy day and one slowest day in a month.
