America Is Unfair

It’s actually painfully clear how different we are to other countries in terms of progressive reforms and (the most important) education. We can no longer say that America is
“exceptional” or “unique”, the “land of opportunity”. It’s simply because we no longer stand for these virtuals, rather, they are just a facade. The thinnest layer of gold covering a brick.
Republicans understand this concept. Maybe they know the political system is corrupt.
They clearly think that parts of it are corrupt, in reference to their disapproval of Obama care and the concept of Obama, or even having a black president at all. They don’t understand that they are part of the problem (and a big problem as well). This is the issue that stands in the way:

For example, companies would appeal to these politicians with money and tell them to lower taxes on the rich. While they get tax breaks, those below them are burdened with that tax.
Not only that, without any increase of minimum wage, natural inflation causes the displacement of many wage workers. This means that they find that they are earning less or the same each year as time increases.
Republicans say that they aren’t part of the problem. Their claim is that they will be the ones that saves the economy and fixes the wrongs of the nation, making the nation “great again”.
They say that in helping the rich, the influx of money that goes to them will trickle down to the poor. That clearly has not worked at all within the history of America. The only thing that has happened in that situation was that the rich began to funnel all that money into getting more money and provide no support for the wage workers under them. Our political system will not sustain a true democracy if it continues to be run by big money corporations. Legislation will not be in favor of the collective, but instead, the greedy pursuits of the top 10% who hold most of
America’s wealth. For this situation, we need voters to politically change how the

Our middle class continues to shrink and the poor getting poorer. We are worried about the poor (some of us are), but we only provide them sympathy and temporary relief. The only way to attack the source of the issue with socioeconomics and the poor, we have to start fundamentally with our politics and education. Education is incredibly important.
Because I find that compared to other 1st world nations, America is ranked 17th in educational performance (ranking). This means that our students perform at a level below 17 countries. We will not be able to have progress as a country if our citizens do not know where to start. We’ve continually needed to have more intellectuals but we cannot find any due to the lack of people trying to understand and learn about the world they are living in. If we do this, then we will know where start being progressive, and that's when our country will become “great again”.
When our country decides that we should be great again. There’s not much we can do. We can only fund schools and train our teachers well enough that they will be able to teach our students to look at things other than what government is, but what it SHOULD do and what it isn’t
