Uniforms are a common topic debated by many people, adults and children alike. In this essay, I will explaining why schools in the United States of America should not have uniforms. I will be teaching you why freedom, size, and even money (though many people may think that could be an argument for uniforms) all come together to show that US schools should not have uniforms. Have you ever thought about this topic in depth? Although many people have thought about this, but not many think of each individual aspect of having a uniform. Well after you read this essay, I know you all will want nothing to do with uniforms.

Firstly, I am going to tell you about the artistic expression of each individual. You may think that this is just an idea created by a 10-year-old, but actually, it isn't. The First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America gives us a constitutional right to freedom and expression of each and every American resident. Because of this, uniform schools are not following what the constitution says, and it is probably the most important document in American history. It is like the national rule book, and therefore, if you are breaking its rules, you are not staying true to what an American should be.

Many people may not see a size that is right or comfortable for them. For example, what if you were a bit overweight and they did not make a size that would fit you, but in stores you could buy large women's clothing and be okay. Another example would be my friend Maggie. She has issues with how clothes feel on her and it is hard for her to feel comfortable in her school uniform. I am also like this and don't think I would be able to feel good in a uniform, and so I don't think anyone should have to deal with sizing or comfort issues, from the words of someone who also has comfort
