David Zinczenko wrote an article titled Don’t blame the Eater. It published at the New York Times in November 23, 2002. In this article is all about the wrong diet of the young people that cause them to have diabetes. Also, people were lack of observation and focusing more about the nutrients in the food to their diet. As the result, this will may lead to other diseases not just the diabetes.

It informs how the food industry fooling people for choosing for their diet. Also shows the people not being aware or having difficulties understanding the food labels . Marketing foods use these strategies to get many consumers. So people wants to have healthy diet still have high risk on obesity, heart problem and diabetes.

Eating is providing different nutrients to stay physical and mentally active in twelve hours. Some people obsessed to the nutrients in their diet which called Nutritionism. Focusing to nutrients in a food is also help people to prevent from diseases. Also, it could be bad due to not meeting the nutrients of what the body want. the problem could be on the packages of the foods in the supermarkets which advertising it is healthy to eat.
