In the " Social Class and the Hidden Curriculum of Work," Jean Anyon tries to show how American public schools teach differently based on the economic level teach. She divides the economic levels into four types of school. The first one is " Working- Class School" which their most student's parents are low income and have unskilled jobs .The system of teaching is that teachers expect from students to do the work step by step, and it is not important to get the right answer, but most importantly is to follow teachers' instruction. Teachers never explain why they are assigning those assignments. The second type is the "Middle Class School." Most students' parents have well paid jobs.
