I normally shop in Steinwort because they offer comparable prices for almost every product one could possible think of. I also have had very decent experiences for the most part on any transaction which had with their customer service department. The Steinworthstores are normally customer-friendly and normally gives the benefit of the doubt to the very valuable customer. This is why I have always had a very high opinion about the organization since they were the grading scale which I have used to rate other companies when it relates to the customer service relationships.
I have to admit that I was very disappointed in a most recent transaction which I had with the retail giant. I had purchased a king-size sleeping gear for expected guests and of course opened it when I had arrived home. The gear was damaged in the first place and further more, I was very dissatisfied with the product. I took the product back to the store, expecting a very friendly and expedient reimbursement transaction. I was so shocked by the customer service representative to hear that the product was not reimbursable and only eligible for exchange. It was explained to me that once the product is opened, it cannot be returned for refund. It was also further explained that this product had very large font-notices that once opened, the product cannot be returned due to any excuses.
In the first place, as I explained to the representative, there was no notice of the product no being eligible for returns if opened. I told he that there was no signs posted in the vicinity of the product, explaining what
