In the story “A New Game Plan” by Lisa Bennett, a man name Bill Miller is the coach of a football team at a high school. However, when he was young he was once in an all american football team and admitted “In the olds days, I was a jerk” (pg.602 Miller). From what he learn from experienced he tries to improve his students to be better than what he was as a young child.
Being a team player is a very important thing to do because players should be accounted for their actions on and off the field.
