Considering the four pillars of The National Honor Society, I believe I would best exemplify the leadership pillar. Firstly, I have been in cheer for a little over ten years at this point in my life, for some of my elementary school years and middle school years I have been captain, leading our team to win 2 national titles. Cheerleading is something that takes proper leadership.It is hard to lead 20 maybe 30 girls to do what they are told and to always have motivation,even if they don’t like you, you have to make sure they cooperate.
