Summary
The critic is trying to say that people or other people do not really know the meaning to elegy. Some try to say that it means a mournful, or a lament for the dead, but the debate of the word in not successful.
Assessment
To me I think the author is correct because people do not the real meaning of elegy. I mean Old English is very different from English. The goal of the source is to tell you that some people don’t really know the meaning of elegy.
Reflection
It fits my research because it tells how people don’t know the meaning. Yes the source was very helpful because I got the meaning of elegy. I’m kind of in between how I feel about how I feel about it because I really don’t know the meaning but the internet says it means a lament for the dead.
