Over the years, media sources have considerably constructed an unrealistic perception of what a healthy and attractive body should resemble. The portrayal of such an ideal body image can cause oneself to question their looks and lose confidence in their own body. Although your average individual may find it considerably hard to live up to the pressures of what the ideal body should resemble, those individuals suffering from Anorexia Nervosa are fighting this battle from an entirely different light.
