I do believe that what is written did set the Federal government up to oversee the education system. I agree with the idea that the Federal Government oversee the education system. Because it forces the government to pay attention to the education system and monitor how this system is ran. However, there are still a lot of flaws in this system. These flaws need much work and improvement. There are many people out there that do not want the federal government in the education system business, and there are many people out there that do not want public education at all. As they protest the Federal Governments involvement in this system in hope that the government will listen and shut down public education and force Parents to take on this role. Regardless of popular belief. We as a nation need public education, without it the future of our nation would be in trouble.
