What is inside of you will come out, this is because your morals are constantly being contemplated and bounced around in your head. Morals are what make you or break you as a person, Siddhartha and Antigone never break their morals, or allow themselves to be swayed from what they believe is right. Although the way that the characters Siddhartha and Antigone approach conflict between their inner being and their familial obligations is altogether different. While their situations were somewhat comparable, the way they chose to manifest upon the thoughts of their inner man differed. Finding himself was more important to Siddhartha than anything else. Antigone’s stance was that family comes first, even if you happen to break a few laws of the land. Siddhartha’s connections were limited to those who benefited him at the time; when they lost their value the bond was severed. Someone who is headstrong enough to not be swayed from the course, but if something conflicts with their inner morals that they should have enough faith in what they believe that they are willing to die for it. A person who is their brother’s keeper, yet they take the time to accomplish the things that they want do in life. With Siddhartha it is learned that life is an ever going cycle, and there is nothing that can be done to stop it. Antigone also shows that what is fated for your life cannot be changed, but you may try to change it but it will seem like it is too late, because you are dealing with fate. When you combine the contrasting personalities of Antigone and Siddhartha you can create the characteristics of a leader, someone who know what their good life is and how to achieve
