Technology has had an increasingly good amount of positive effects on the world today because not only has it been proven to help people with anxiety come out of their box and overcome some of the struggles they have to learn to deal with everyday, such as communication problems, the fear of actually getting out there and being themselves, it's also a great way to meet new people and find new friendships that sometimes even turn into finding the one you're suppose to be with for the rest of your life. Most people's friendships and relationships are started with using technology and having social media. Being able to shop from wherever you are is a great benefit in using Technology. The great thing about being able to shop wherever, whenever people want is it's always delivered to your doorstep, finding discounts on items that's not discounted in the actual store is incredibly easy, and people also have the ability to browse and shop from any store in the world. Technology is also greatly used to read books especially at night. It gives you the advantage of a light source without having to get out of bed or move at all. Some people have difficulties reading due to eye problems, but most technology has an option that will read the book out loud to you, define words people don't understand, and help people pronounce anything they can't say. It's also a great feature to have because people can find and read any book of their choice without having to pay anything. Being able to read books on our mobile device also encourages a lot more teens to get involved in reading. Most items such as cell phones, tablets, computers and even iPod's have the availability to play games, browse the Internet and keep people occupied. There's thousands of games available to download and play, there's music apps that gives people the ability to take their tunes with them wherever they go, and most technology items has Internet access which gives people the ability to search, watch, and or find anything they
