One of the Greek Goddess is Aphrodite. She is the Greek Goddess of love and beauty. His father is Zeus, God of the sky and thunder. Some people believe that ‘’she was born when Uranus (the father of the gods) was castrated by his son Cronus. Cronus threw the severed genitals into the ocean which began to churn and foam about them, then a shell raised and from them Aphrodite was born as an adult already” according to pantheon.org . Aphrodite is the most popular Goddess of all and the most destructive too because of her beauty and love powers that made her a very superficial and arrogant of all Goddess from the Olympus.
Aphrodite was known as the most beautiful Goddess of the Olympus. She had the power of making people fall in love with each other. She is the mother of Eros, as well as known as cupid, the baby with arrows and bow that we draw during Valentine’s Day. Aphrodite’s weakness was beautiful man. She was a cheater. Every girl wants to be as attractive and adored as Aphrodite was described by the old Tales of the ancient Greece that they are even risking their health in cosmetic surgeries and by starving themselves with the mere purpose of looking like a
