Apple Company sells computer software, personal computers and consumer electronics. The most popular products are the iPhone, iPad and the Mac line of computers. In 2007, Apple first introduced a newest smart phone, iPhone. When it came out, iPhone became one of the most-talked consumer products ever. As a result, in 2011, iPhone accounts for 20 percent of entire smart phone market (Networks, 2011). Apple is leading the smart phone market. When a new version of iPhone comes out, people like to line up on order to buy it. Because the Apple productions have great features and beautiful design, it can attract customers to buy the product. The newest iPhone 5 is only 7.6 millimeters thin and weight 112g. Also iPhone has the thinnest display. Customers want to buy the phone which is light and has good quality. Compare with Samsung’s smart phone, Apple created the first Retina display and used in iPhone, the quality of iPhone’s display is better than Samsung’s smart phone. Therefore, customers will choose iPhone first. Apple uses sapphire crystal as material to make the surface of camera; the surface of the lens is far less likely to scratch. This is a feature of iPhone to attract customer. Because iPhone is special and unique, when iPhone came out, nearly every newspaper and magazine talks about iPhone. Then customers start to talk about iPhone, more and more people are interested in the iPhone. Consumers forget their own thinking and follow the other choice. Consumer started to believe that iPhone is better than other smart phone and it is very cool to have one. As more people buy iPhone, more future consumer gets interested in iPhone. Therefore, Apple’s sale grew very fast. Also iPhone has unique application such as iMessage and Facetime. Only iPhone user can use it, if people want to use those application to interact with people who have iPhone, people must have one iPhone. This also caused more people buy iPhone.
When people talks about iPad, they always say “it is magical”. The Apple iPad is a 10-inch tablet computer that runs IOS system, also iPhone runs this system. This is a new revolution. Apple is the first company starts to make a computer become light and thin. Some people said that the iPad is a big iPhone. However, iPad is alone other forms of computer. iPad is a revolutionary and magical product that allows users to connect with their apps, content and the internet in a more intimat, intuitive and fun way than ever before(Apple press info,2010). The iPad can store video, music and applications on the SSD memory. They have 3 different memory in iPad which are 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. Then people can choose different iPad depends on how many things they want to store in iPad. iPad sold three million just 80 days after its come out. Developers have created more than 11000 new apps for iPad. IPad runs almost all of the more than 225000 apps on the App Store, including apps already purchased for customer’s iPhone or iPod touch. Customer can use iPad do same thing which use computer. Customer can browse the web, take photo, watch HD video, read and send e-mail, listen to music, play game and read ebooks and more. iPad is 0.5 iches thin and weight 1.5 pounds. It is thinner and lighter than any laptop or netbook. People do not like to carry heavy laptop to work; iPad can be the best choice for them. Because iPad is convenient, people can take it everywhere, it is more comfortable to sit and use iPad. Ipad has been around in people’s life, there are no credible iPad competitors.
