Mars, is a very unknown and spooky place. It could be very dangerous, but it could be interesting as well. That is why NASA has sent spaceships out to space to explore Mars. Astronauts will be testing many things when they land on Mars. They will be trying to determine if it is safe for human life to exist there. I strongly feel that exploring Mars is not worth the risk.

One reason why I think going to Mars is not worth the risk is that, a ton of things could go wrong like chronic boredom. In Danger! This Mission to Mars Could Bore You to Death! The article states, “ If your brain does not receive sufficient stimulus, it might find something else to do—it daydreams, it wanders, it thinks about itself. If this goes on too long, it can affect your mind’s normal functioning. Chronic boredom correlates with depression and attention deficits.” I think this piece of evidence is very important because like this article states, chronic boredom can lead to serious health problems. These problems could take years off your life.

If Earth runs out of resources, Mars could have the materials we need! How will we know if we don't explore and find out?
