This is the source which is arguing that vaccinations are safe to use. Furthermore, this is a primary source since it has been collecting data from 2010 to this very day. Despite that in the 20th century alone, 503,282 cases of measles have been recorded and because of the introduction of vaccinations in 2006 only 55 cases of measles were reported. Vaccinations have reduced cases by up to 99%. Between 2000 – 2015 an estimated 20.3 million deaths have been prevented due to the discovery and establishment of vaccination.

This source is for the argument that vaccinations aren’t safe to use and can have dangerous/fatal side effects. On the contrary, side effects chances are very low as they only occur in 1 out of 1 million vaccination shots; children that can sadly be a victim of effects of vaccination. Subsequently, a side effect could be yellow-fever which 1 in 4 children do get affected by. Chances of a severe allergic reaction are 1 out of 55 000 towards yellow fever which if left untreated could manifest into a toxic phase. The toxic phase has a fatality rate of between 3 – 7.5%. A pro does include that if enough people in a certain area such as Springfield is vaccinated it means that the likely hood of an outbreak of any sort in significantly low; this is known as herd immunity. Herd immunity doesn’t guarantee safety to all but significantly reduces chances of anyone being contaminated by sickness and disease.
