Argumentative Essay Elise Toms Online school suddenly grew once the pandemic of 2020, COVID-19 started. When everyone was terrified of this new occurrence, the online school provided a way for everyone to feel safe and still complete an education. This may have been a great solution to the past issue of COVID-19. But, vaccines have come out, and people are not in danger (from COVID) anymore. If the pandemic is over, it would be best to go back to in-person school. The benefits include creating a better learning environment, students being able to seek help more efficiently, and strengthening a person's social skills.

Many online school lovers support this. Education and Behavior support this by insinuating that some people simply do not have proper transportation that could get them to school daily (Wise 8). This is exactly as it seems, some kids cannot get to school because maybe their school does not offer transportation and their parents cannot transport them either. Online school may be a better option for these kids. Not everyone has transportation issues, but rather, health issues. Other kids might be sick and cannot come to school. Sometimes, students get sick, forcing them to stay home for a few days. This can cause a lot of trouble, as these kids can fall behind if they are gone for too long (Ideal School). This is an issue for kids if they cannot catch up on time and are behind on curriculum for a long period, it might cause stress on people who are worried about what to do or what they can do.
