“Gun don’t kill people, people do.” An excellent quote from Wayne Lapierre. Wayne Lapierre is a long time executive director of the National Rifle Association. Lapierre went to a meeting with President Obama at CNN to talk about the gun law, and for it to be change. People should have the right to own Guns. Guns protect and make the U.S citizens feel safer. Guns are not the real killers; the person behind the gun is the true killer. Guns also protect men, women, and children from foreign invaders. Owning a gun will keep you protected and make you feel a whole lot more safe if you own one. A Pew Foundation report found out that 79% of males’ gun owners feel safer with owning a gun. 80% of women gun owners feel safer with owning a gun. The Pew Foundation also found out that 64% of people living in a home in which someone else owns a gun, they feel safer.
