Net Neutrality At its core net neutrality is the principle that internet service providers (ISP) should allow access to all content on the internet, without unfairly blocking or slowing down content of websites or favoring some sources and unfairly providing them with faster content. The White House describes the idea of net neutrality in the following way "An entrepreneur's fledgling company should have the same chance to succeed as established corporations, and that access to a high school student's blog shouldn't be unfairly slowed down to make way for advertisers with more money"( "Net Neutrality: A Free and Open Internet.").
