What right does a person have to deny shelter to person in need based on the color of their skin? What right does a person have to banish someone from a city based on the color of their skin? Why must the color of skin determine the future of our country? There are thousands of homeless Blacks because of segregation. Years after the abolishment of apartheid, it is not abolished. It is so ingrained in the minds of South Africans that they will allow evil to prevail over good. They will allow a child to die in the freezing night than to provide help to him, just because of the color of his skin. Is this truly what a Christian society should do? Is this what God wants us to do? Does He want us to let others suffer, or has He told us to help others? Nobody should be denied a house based on the color of their skin. We are all equal, and it is immoral to deny so.
And don’t forget that this even extends the point where people voluntarily sleep on the streets. Because of the regional segregation, meaning Blacks must live in a certain side of the city while the Whites live on the other, some Blacks choose to sleep on the street. “7.5 million South Africans lack access to adequate housing”(Source 1), according to Global Homelessness

It may not involve armies, but it involves bloodshed, and battles everyday. Blacks are humans too, and all humans are born free and equal. Blacks may not be slaves officially, but they still live in slavery of segregation. They are bound to the rules of apartheid and are treated as if they are not human. No spirit of brotherhood is visible in this, all I see is hatred. We call ourselves a nation, but we are not a united
