Companies pay millions of dollars to have their advertisement on television during the commercial breaks for the Super Bowl. Some people watch the Super Bowl for the sole purpose of seeing the commercials. The advertisements are produced to be memorable so that potential consumers are interested in their product or service. Old Spice is notorious for revealing their new advertisements during the Super Bowl. The commercial starts with physically fit man with a deep voice standing in the shower with a towel wrapped around his waist. Throughout the commercial, the actor tries to convince the audience that their man could be just like him if he used Old Spice Body Wash. The audience trusts the actor because he uses Old Spice and he is attractive. This individual was chosen to act in this commercial because he is an example of a stereotypical man.
