To whom it may concern

I purchased a Washing machine from your company on the 18th March 2012. I cannot fault the service I received, I called to the Wallsend store alone and even though I waited 45 mins for service the manager and a team member assisted me out and helped lift the heavy load into the vehicle. When I got home I had the assistance of a time served plumber who installed the washing machine. The transport bolts were removed and all seemed ok.

The first wash was shaky but all the clothes were soaking wet (drenched and dripping), Then the second wash was where the was real problems, the machine was shaking uncontrollably and vicious. The machine snapped off the kick board and started to shake across the floor I tried to hold the machine back but I was so violent it trapped my wrist between the wall and caused injury, by this time the machine had shaken out the hole and ripped the lino in the kitchen which had only been bought a month before hand and it also snapped the metal legs off the machine it was the bad! I managed to turn it off but the water pipe the decided to burst off the back and flooded my kitchen.

The visible damage is the tear in the lino which you can see in the pictures and the kick board. I don’t know what water damage it has done to the units hence the reason this letter has taken so long as I was waiting to see if any real damage has occurred but it is still early days. I think it’s disgusting that something so dangerous can be sold from your brand and when it has supposedly been tested?!?

Also to return the hell machine was like being passed
