What it means to be a Profession
The Army is not a profession just because people say it is. To prove it, we must provide our best, respect the regulations, and understand what it takes to obtain the trust of those that surround us. We must ethically provide the same help to all soldiers. The definition of Profession of Arms has different meaning after the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, before it was all about the Army and the soldiers. Nowadays, we need to take into considerations the ability to take care of the soldiers' family and to maintain the well-being of relations created through the years, those that have an active connection to the military and civil aspects which can lead us to the professions.

The Human Resources Sergeant plays a big role in today's operational force. HR sergeants are responsible for many duties that varies from readiness to postal operations, from training to executive assistant for General Officers. Our number-one priority should always be to train and prepare our Soldiers in order to have them ready to deploy at any given time.
