Artificial replacement of organ has existed for a long time. This process is very helpful for people but costs a lot of money. By this surgery sick people whose organs do not function in a proper way are able to replace organs, in order to live a healthy and longer life.
There are different kinds of artificial replacements of organs and tissues such as: eye replacement, liver, lung, heart and ear. Another problem which some people struggle is the problem with the spine which can be replaced and fixed by a method called artificial disc. By replacing the disc in the human spine will make them easier to prevent this problem.
The first step of 3D printing technology is to build small parts of human organs. The combinations of organs such as heart,

However, the transplant with kidney was not successful as the lungs and heart. Studies by professors of Harvard have tried to have success with kidney but it was not functional. Humans and pigs were also used for this process. This process is done this way: to the cadaveric kidney at 40mmHg is added 1% of sulphate by which combination they had negative result it happened that way because DNA disappeared by the process of decellularization and a lot of collagen framework were left. After this phase of this process the veins of human were pushed together with the renal route and rodent neonatal kidney into the ureter. Weight has a key role of pushing units into the collagen platform. By using medium with vivo invention together with glucocorticoids and catecholamine there were new cells created. The units engraft for 4 days whereas, in the 12 day the organs that were recovered functioned like cadaveric ones, the kidneys transformed pee, even though only around 10 % of the creatinine leeway was left in kidneys. After this the organ was transplanted correctly and it transformed pee, even though the creatinine was 0.01ml per minute. With the help of the cadaveric organs there were produced useful organs but only some of them were completely useful since the kidneys that were recovered had only about 72% of glomeruli. This is the stage that has intention to take care for the tissues when the allogeneic organ transplants misses, since this organ would be improved by using the cells that are beneficial in order to avoid the danger. Different issues are occurring with using embryonic microorganisms and the selection of using grown identical cells similarly creates problem since the amount of plastic is fewer. Undeveloped microorganisms also have issues when they are transplanted since they cannot regulate by themselves their growing and
