Assignment 4 poses some challenges, such as interpreting most of the rhetorical techniques used and making sure that I could clearly communicate what impact the image had on me. Before this assignment, I was well aware of many techniques used in the photograph, but there were still some that I discovered through this writing assignment. For example, I knew that colors and photo composition played a large role in how an audience member perceives a photo, but I didn’t know it could impact a photo in such a large way.
