ETHICS PRINCIPLE According to this concept of ethic guide lines these rules help in making ethical decisions in the practice of running of organization .The principles were categorized into teleological and deontological theories .In teleological theory focus on the result of action in which utilitarianism was the major concept and deontological theory focus on the duty. Aretaic theory was third theory and virtue theory was best example of this theory .Other principles as caring ,golden rule, servant leadership, consequences, virtue was combination of several theories. Utilitarianism was theory where the maximum can be utilized and maximum benefit ,reducing the loss .It forces the decision making to think about welfare. The only weekness involved in this theory was ignoring the wrong actions while utilizing the maximum benefits. By focusing on the end results we ignore the action. Deontological principle was based on the duties based ethics .The Kant’s categorical Imperative was a duty based ethics. Kant proposed three formulations. First was that a moral proposition that is must be one that is not tied to any particular conditions, including the identity of person making moral deliberation .By combining this formulation with the first ,we learn that person has perfect duty not to use the humanity of themselves or others merely as a means to other end. Third formulation would not be universalizable and hence they would not be laws of conduct at all. Principle of right was about the moral rights which were very important rights to be claimed and there no need to be legally accepted. The managers are expected to be follow both legal and moral rights as no clear guidelines were not set up. Principle of justice was about treating equally all the employees .There are different types of justice like distribute justice which distributes benefits and burdens, compensatory justice which involves compensating someone who got injustice in past. Ethics due process about decision making procedure. Ethics of care was about making actions which are right or wrong like the women speaking in other voice based on responsibility on others. The virtue ethics was about designed to guide our actions and decisions. Aervant leadership was about giving priority to others first which includes employee, share holders ,customers. The golden rule was about treating others fairly and ethically. If I establish a company I will follow categorical rule by I will set some company principles which can followed easily by everyone for example the time rule ,if I set the get in time at 6 am it very difficult for family person to follow and many cannot follow it so if I set the time at 9 am it will be followed by everyone ,so it will be one of principle of not coming late. The conventionalist ethic was about the self interest of individuals like doing the work at home like in my company the scientists working in the lab can take results to home ,analyze them a t home but it was not okay if they share that information with others and that going to be violation of law as the company secrets will go out. Even the disclosure rule I will implement very strictly any one share my company secrets or results of products with anyone or announce it openly if will affect the company secrets and I will punish them legally too. I will follow golden rule and will treat all the employees equally as for example I will treat all the employees personally, talk
