Assisted Dying should be Legal Discuss. In recent years, there has been lots of argument over the making of assisted dying in some legal system around the world. It is widely believed that as people living in a modern society were individual rights are respected and there is less adherence to religious beliefs, people should have the right to choose when to die. This believe is my most religious groups such as the Christians and Muslims religious group. Again even the present law on assisted dying come from this believe, ii is the believe that in the modern society individual right is now superior to religious principles which now has little value among a minority in the society. Therefore those who do not have this religious believe should suffer unduly they have the right to decide that they no longer want to live. There is also an argument that if assisted dying is made legal there will be problems as there is no best way of implementing the law. This is regards to who makes the choice to be killed and who performs the act.
