The message of Francisco’s speech from Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand is that money is actually good. Money is a tool, people use money incorrectly and blame the money for the person’s issues, and money is deserved, therefore meaning that money is good. Rand uses many strategies like, great facts, syntax and or word choice, and appeals to people’s pathos of how they feel about money. To begin with, Rand writes about how money is a tool. Money is often seen as a root of all evil because people often do not appreciate it. Money should be treated as a reward of hard work and labor because that is what it is.
