ritish and Americans had a massive impact on how Australians popular culture has changed. Both British and Americans had influences on Australians culture, from British staying there till world war 2, they remained as the dominating culture influence in Australia, Britain’s were also the main make up for the Australians society. Americans also helped with Australia’s society, the Americans way of life was put further into Australian’s, it was basically just the ways they spent their money, entertained themselves, dressed and also socialised.

As the American way of life was getting put into Australia’s popular culture as the same as the British way of life they taught Australian’s how they spent their money, how they dressed and also socialised. Since World War 2 the cleverness of American popular culture based on Australian society was making all the Australians worried as Australian’s had to make their own way of life in Australia. In the 1960’s, Americans culture also involved the music, cinema and television. At the same time, Australians were well placed to get more of Americans cultural influences. People in Australia were more happy then ever communications and also the way they got around in transport, more technology was getting more and more –advanced and smart, the Americans made it easier to put ideas into the Australians heads and making it easier for the society to make their own things. Americans also introduced the shopping centres and supermarkets, they were all American inspired, they were mostly located in new built suburbs. The foods they bring were frozen dinners, they were good for all the poor people at the time or for people who recently came to Australia and still had a family to feed, they could with the affordable frozen
