One of the major challenges for every company, is the age-old question, “how do you attract, engage, retain, and develop generational talent?”. To address this challenge, we must review the generational characteristic that were previously outlined. Baby Boomers are known to be optimistic, prone to strongly believe in company loyalty and lifetime commitment.
