For this unit I had to get 3 different types of landscape images using things such as merging and editing and manipulating images so they would look a certain way.
For my first image I had to make a fake landscape scene and make it appear to be real for this I used a tree branch, cardboard, and paint.
All these materials I used where what I planned on doing from the start and I stuck to my plans and went ahead with them and the results turned out really good I used a lamp so I could control how much light was on the subject and so I could make shadows appear where I wanted.
Overall this landscape image turned out really well and I am very pleased with it.
For the second landscape image I had to take an image and then distort it and make it look weird so for this I went ahead with my original plans again and took an image of the liver building and used the liquefy tool in Photoshop and made it look as though it was bent at the top.
I got my idea from looking at an image of the leaning tower of piza .
I had to play about with the image for quite a while as I am not that used to the liquefy tool but considering it was my first go at using it on one of my images I think it turned out pretty well.
For the final landscape image I had to take two landscape images and merge them together for this I took an image of the Liverpool docks and then radio city just as I planned I would.
