It’s the last week of band camp and also the hottest week of the year. There is no doubt in my mind that every single person in band has had at least one instance in which they considered quitting because of how mentally and physically draining the past month has been. Fortunately, these thoughts are completely natural to have and it is ultimately my choice whether or not I can handle this any longer. However, I know that all of this hard work will pay off in the long run.
