Good Morning Class, The strength training exercise that I have chosen was something that was completely foreign to me until my research this morning, which is the Barbell “Hack” squat. I found an article on the hack squad within the APUS library, in the ProQuest database and the way it is described as an advanced squat that primarily targets many muscles in your quads/hamstrings; to list a few, the Vastus lateralis, Vastus intermedius, Rectus femoris, gluteus maximus, and all three hamstring muscles (Biceps femoris, semitendinosus, and semimembranosus.)
