CASE SUMMARY:
This is an ADD report to Officer Gaxiola’s #3055, PC 273.5(a)-Domestic Battery investigation.
INVESTIGATION:
On 01-27-18 at approximately 0110 hours, Officer Kim #4817 and I responded to Exchange Alley behind Barney’s Beanery located at 99 E. Colorado Boulevard regarding a domestic battery investigation. Sergeant Sandeen #8281 and Officer Gaxiloa also responded to the above location.
Upon our arrival, I contacted Witness Ruben Steven Olivas, who was standing behind Barney’s Beanery in Exchange Alley. Olivas told me the following information in summary:
