Batman Anti Hero Essay

To start a story we first need a main character, or a Protagonist. First up an Anti-Hero; someone who isn’t perfect, they have a few bad ideas. Batman is an Anti-Hero. He means well, and he’s the main character of the story, but that doesn’t mean he’s good. To me Anti-Heroes are more human, because they doesn’t have perfectly good thoughts all the time. There are also true heroes, like the ones we read in bedtime stories, or the heroes we wrote when we were younger. Always good, like a knight in shining armor who never makes mistakes.
Hero-
A person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities.
I can’t help but think that a true hero would be Captain America. Of course in the new movies we get a little more character for Steven Rogers, but when we think of a hero we want someone who puts himself before others, “Idealized for courage…” and that fits Captain America.

But then we need a villain, or Protagonist.

(Lafoole from Beauty and the Beast) They sometimes have amazing moments of genius and help the villain but it seems like they're pretty useless. My favorite Tempters are the hyenas from Lion King. For most of the movie the hyenas are just tools, creatures that are stupid and will do whatever is asked of them as long as they get food. Just as Scar wakes up from his fight with Simba he finds himself surrounded by the hyenas. They are angry because Scar called them the enemy and they end up killing Scar. (Sorry for the Spoilers but the movie has been out for 21 years) So the Tempter can be their own person, with their own ideas, or not. It all depends on the
