My ultimate objective is to become a pediatric physician assistant, so I believe that if I were to receive the opportunity to work with any one of these mentors, I would learn a great deal of advice and knowledge that will most presumably benefit me with my future endeavors.

There are several things that I would like to learn or gain from participating in LHSI, such as additional skills and education, networking opportunities, mentorship, awareness, stronger professional skills; however, the most significant things to me would be to gain more experience with pediatrics and to learn more about the topics that the projects I chose covered. Considering that I desire to be a pediatric profession one day, each one of these topics interest me a great deal and I would love to have the opportunity to be involved in each one of these mentors' influential work.

Throughout the years, I have transformed into an extremely determined and devoted worker, whether it is at my job or with my school work. I believe that my continuous dedication to my school work throughout my education, as well as my introduction into the workforce at the age of sixteen exactly, helped me become an extremely hard working and time managing person. I feel the research that I would conduct at one of these hospitals, offices, or labs would not only be interesting and rewarding but also give me experience in the field to then apply toward my ultimate goal of becoming a pediatric physician assistant. In order to become a pediatric physician assistant, I plan to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a minor in Health Psychology. Subsequently, I plan to receive my Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Indiana University Master of Physician Assistant Studies
