Beh Reh is a very intelligent young man who needs a lot of redirection and hands on from staff throughout the day. Beh needs to have a 1:1 staff with him at all times for his safety and a way for him to learn new things. Beh currently eats on the floor and will not sit in a chair or at the table. Staff would like to start raising his food up higher and higher and eventually getting Beh to eat t the table. Beh will not sit in a chair; this is another thing that TSE would like to work with Beh on doing. Beh will also do his leisure activities on the floor. Staff would like for Beh to do his leisure activities at the table. Staff has put items on the table but Beh will throw the items or sweep the items off the table. Beh will often throw objects that are sitting around the room. Beh has been throwing all of his leisure activities all over the Horizon’s room. Staff will try to do hand over hand when completing a task but Beh will pull away. Staff will place different leisure activities out for Beh and Beh will not choose the items, he will just sit and look at them or he will kick or push the items away. Beh will sometimes engage in a leisure activity on the floor for a longer period of time then trying to get Beh to participate in a leisure activity on the table. Beh can be aggressive at times, scratching, pinching, kicking, pushing, spitting, biting, and pulling hair.
