The behavioral approach is most applicable in my current situation. In my current situation, I am in overall lead for the Commander Naval Surface Group Middle Pacific Chief Petty Officer (CPO) Phase II season for 7 ships and 2 shore commands. All of the commands have different schedule and availability during the 6 weeks. There is over 220 Chiefs and 34 new Chiefs in this event. This means that I am responsible for the entire 6-week process that our newly selected Chiefs have to complete before they are pinned with Anchors. This process can be very challenging getting 220 Chiefs with different personalities and ideas to go in the same direction.

To keep things going as planned, my behavior approach on the Leadership Grid would be Team Management
