Being an outsider can end up happening to anyone really,take for example my friend Jack Grogan he played football and he usually wasn’t a huge playmaker and wasn’t too involved with the “popular” group of players.One day we decided to try him at cornerback and he became a very important part of our defense which in return got him a starting position and more respect from the team.Grogan’s experience demonstrates that being an outsider is part of the human experience because individuals are usually looked as inferior they will be rejected and even race may affect them but they can overcome and defy the outsider status.
